Action by the plaintiff Amalia C. Peters in her own right, and as special administratrix of the estate of Veronica Harter Kell, deceased, against the defendants Clement Kell, Ella Kell, and four other persons. The relief which is requested in the amended complaint is the cancellation of certain deeds conveying a certain farm formerly owned by Veronica Harter Kell, deceased; the partition of the real estate described in such deeds; for an order conveying the farm personal property to the plaintiff special administratrix or awarding damages arising from the alleged unlawful conversion thereof by the defendants Kell; and for an accounting by the defendants Kell covering the operation of such farm for a period of approximately twenty years; and for such other and further order, judgment or relief as the case may require and may be equitable. The four defendants, other than Clement Kell and Ella Kell, are purchasers and transferees of such farm and personal property from the defendants Kell under transactions occurring in 1959. The answers of the defendants, among other things, allege that plaintiffs causes of action are barred by the statute of limitations.
